Naw I rode in Racesnos' car with his Megan coils and I didnt like the ride quality at all, and it was at the softest. Im cool with the Teins/AGX's.

I keep it stock bcz it resists heat more as compared to the aftermarket pipes, which are made out of aluminum & retain heat but look "nice & shiny".

I would think the stock one is more restrictive than aftermarket ones due to the silencer box the stock one has right before the TB.

BTW Ivory, I really love how the car progressed. The chrome pillars were eh. But now I see they are gone and let me say, GOOD CHOICE!!!

Good question, sound wise aftermarket I think is a lil louder compared to mine but probably not something that noticeable HP wise bcz our stock piping is not that small.

My UPS guy almost dropped that box when I gave it to him. We usually have heavy larger boxes so he was expecting it to be light lol...I saved it though.

So did the 3g seats bolt right in? I remember I found some really nice seats out of a 2g eclipse and got a really good deal on them like $10 a seat but there was no way to get them in my 8g without making a whole lot of modifications. Looking nice man, very nice.

just a quick question, if i buy fabric by the yard (standard size) will it be wide enough? or will i have to get it cut different than usual so that it's wide enough to cover the entire headliner?

I didnt buy it buy the yard or have it cut any special way. I just measured out the headliner, & added a like an inch or two to overlap so I could tuck it. Then went to JoAnn's with my measurements, picked my fabric, & was like "I need exactly this much fabric..." They pulled down the big ass roll, cut it, & I was OMW.

Finally did the V6 Dual Piston Caliper Brake Swap, and slapped on some SS Brake Lines & Drilled & Slotted Rotors to finish it off. Only thing I didn't get a chance to do was paint the calipers like I wanted to. But I'll get to that sooner or later, here are the pix:

I was curious about clearing my 02-03 Tails, but I thought I needed to bake the tails and separate the housing and lens. Since s4ean revived an old thread I was glad to find out that wasnt necessary.

So I tried it out, here are the pix:

Looks good IMO, harder to see difference since my tails are smoked, but I like it. It definitely lets more light shines through with the reverse light on as well when I checked it.

They're NGK Iridium's, I realized I hadnt changed them in a while and when I pulled them out this is what I saw. Arent the Iridiums supposed to have a longer life then standards? Also there was some like flakes and or loose dirt around the threads of the plugs, WTH is that? Is that normal? I dont recall that before...

More Bad News, I changed my plugs today and I had oil on plug #4. My Valve cover gasket has needed replacement for a lil while now but didnt know it would cause an issue like this. More money and work to do now... ;[

Thx, yeah the muffler looks way off now. Its left justified and too far out. I'll have to have it centered and shorten the piping. Paint is on its way within a week or so. Putting the sides on and fixing the dent in my rear passenger door. Gotta be ready in time for my wedding and MOD :)

Thx man, the Megan is cool with me. My "Butt Dyno" says I gained a couple HP on the top end. Sound is depenedent on the muffler you use, but yeah it sounds good on my car. Not real loud...

Finally got my JDM Old Style Sideskirts and JDM New Style Rear Painted and mounted as of June 25th, just two days before my wedding. Also my door was repaired about a month before that. I was happy everything worked out as I planned to get done in time.
So I was waiting to post after MOD bcz I wanted to debut the new look, but as my job wouldnt let me off of work I had to miss MOD ;[

Been having a loud noise and some vibration that I felt on my gas pedal whenever Im at WOT, and couldnt figure it out. Checked for exhaust leaks, but to no avail. Check Engine Light came on said my first bank O2 sensor was bad and running to lean. Popped my hood because engine started choking, & saw that the damn Intake Manifold cracked around the Throttle body. FTL! Time to look for a Outlander intake mani, anybody remember what yrs are compatible?
