Fixed: New user registration |

There was/is a problem with Captcha and new user registrations. I disabled Captcha and enabled the quesiont/answer verification for the time being. New users should not have any problems registering or receiving the verification email. Please let me or one of our staff know if you are still having any troubles. Thanks.
